Leadership Training

You saw many of these elders in the previous picture as zone leaders. The rest are district leaders and trainers of new missionaries. We had a 3 day leadership training. We teach an 8 lesson curriculum given to all mission presidents from the mission department. The lessons are designed to help missionaries learn to teach better and with the spirit. We taught this once before last August. It went well then but now the missionaries have had a few months to continue teaching these lessons in district meetings and they have had the time to implement the teaching techniques in their investigator lessons and in their personal life. They came to this training with testimonies that the techniques work and the determination to work hard at this training. It was a three day feast of the spirit. One of the missionaries summed it up by saying, "It was like a three day general conference" We love these missionaries.
