Elder and Sister Robison -  CES mission
Elder and Sister Stills - Member support mission.
President and Sister Barry - 'Trying to keep up' mission
Elder and Sister Baum - Military relations mission
Elder and Sister Priest - Office Couple
Elder and Sister Elliott - Member support mission
These are our best friends in the mission.  As couple missionaries we try to get together about every 6 months just for a little therapy.  I know I need a woman around sometimes just to laugh and cry.  We love these wonderful people so much.  They are sacrificing and serving so faithfully.  They are the backbone of the mission!   Every mission needs 20 or more.  The work would explode if there were more couples serving.  Everyone of them bore witness of the profound blessings being poured out upon them and their families because of their service.

Lead, Love, Lift

Lead, Love, Lift
is the core of our leadership training.  It's the standard for which we strive.
Can you imagine a gathering of 55 powerful disciples of Christ? For 2 days all the leaders of the mission gather for intensive training. Gathered are all the current trainers of new missionaries. The direction from the brethren is to pick as trainers the best, most obedient and most knowledgeable of how to do missionary work according to Preach My Gospel.
In addition to trainers there are all 21 District Leaders. They are the missionaries who have the most impact on the missionaries because they conduct and teach once a week meetings and do 24 hours trades. They are the leaders in the trenches, fixing the problems and leading, loving and lifting the missionaries in their districts.
Then we have all the sister leaders. They also do 24 hours trades with the sisters and lead, love and lift them.
The zone leaders and assistants are the motivators and the power behind all the programs and focuses of the mission. They are the leaders. Wow, put that kind of power together for 2 days and it becomes a unifying and revelatory experience.
We truly love these missionaries.

I wish I had taken more pictures of the training but
they are kind of boring.  We sit and sit and role play.
You have seen pictures like that.
These pictures have more personality.

Our great Zone Leaders

Another zone leaders council. They happen monthly and it has to be the most powerful meeting we have. It's always a revelatory experience. This is the group that decides the direction of the mission. We discuss the problems and through the spirit decide how to solve them. We set goals and make plans to reach them. It's amazing to see this council work.

President Barry is leading the discussion as we talk about what the focus
should be for the coming month.

Elder Grant and Elder Barnes are role playing as
President Barry evaluates.
(A little intimidating)

Elder DiCristofano and Elder Neville have the hand motions.

This is Sister Lam.  She is the secretary of the Institute
where we have our meetings.
Missionaries best friend - She gives them chocolate!

Elder Reid is supposed to be evaluating Elder Bushman and
Elder Gebhard. :)

Elder Morris and Elder Cervo are being evaluated
by Elder Allred

Elder Suttner and Elder Crosby

Thank you for all your inspired hard work.
