Lead, Love, Lift

Lead, Love, Lift
is the core of our leadership training.  It's the standard for which we strive.
Can you imagine a gathering of 55 powerful disciples of Christ? For 2 days all the leaders of the mission gather for intensive training. Gathered are all the current trainers of new missionaries. The direction from the brethren is to pick as trainers the best, most obedient and most knowledgeable of how to do missionary work according to Preach My Gospel.
In addition to trainers there are all 21 District Leaders. They are the missionaries who have the most impact on the missionaries because they conduct and teach once a week meetings and do 24 hours trades. They are the leaders in the trenches, fixing the problems and leading, loving and lifting the missionaries in their districts.
Then we have all the sister leaders. They also do 24 hours trades with the sisters and lead, love and lift them.
The zone leaders and assistants are the motivators and the power behind all the programs and focuses of the mission. They are the leaders. Wow, put that kind of power together for 2 days and it becomes a unifying and revelatory experience.
We truly love these missionaries.

I wish I had taken more pictures of the training but
they are kind of boring.  We sit and sit and role play.
You have seen pictures like that.
These pictures have more personality.
