DEPARTING MISSIONARIES
July 2016
Back Row: Elder Stoker, Skoy, Abeyta, Hopkin, Romero, Edwards, and McBride
Front Row: Sister Clark, Morganthaler, and Malm
Even though we have only known them 6 weeks we are so sad to see them go. Parents, you should all be so happy with the growth of your missionaries. Their testimonies are so strong. As we sang "Call to Serve" and spoke our "Recitation", in the Florida Jacksonville Mission way for the last time, there were many tears. It is bitter sweet. They are glad to go home but apprehensive to leave.
It was the best two years of their lives, and the hardest two years of their lives, because of the sanctifying process they have been through, and they know it. Up to this point they have given 10% of their life in the service of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They have left their missions honorably, now receive them in such a way that they can express all the feelings they have, that they might adjust as fast as they can to the life Heavenly Father intended them to have.
We love them, and we love you for letting these fine young adults serve in the Florida Jacksonville Mission. President and Sister Lee
