OK, we understand that it's cold back home. However, we kind of miss having a white Christmas and sitting in front of the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa while watching "It's a Wonderful Life." But alas, we are also kind of enjoying the 70 to 80 degree weather here in Gainesville. We'll return and report next year!

Dripping with love!!
A year ago we couldn't imagine what life would be like so far away from most of our family at Christmas time. We've been in Florida for 7 months now and Christmas is here!! Just before Thanksgiving, we bought a pre-lit tree and asked family and friends to send us an ornament that would remind us of home. A week later, ornaments started arriving and today, our once bare little tree is now DRIPPING WITH LOVE!! Each ornament has been lovingly placed on the tree and we feel a piece of "home" in our hearts! Getting each delivery has felt like Christmas every day! Zoom in on the photo of the tree and take a look at the beauty that has been shared with us, including the red and green doily that my 89-year old mother crocheted -- I will treasure that for the rest of my life. Thanks to all who have added a little "home" to our holidays! Elder and Sister Booker
