HAPPY FATHER'S DAY
Look what showed up on our door step. . .
A Happy Father's Day from the FJM Moms. You all mean so much to us. We love you and love your beautiful sons and daughters. President Lee and Sister Lee
Thank you all so much. This is so perfect for President Lee. What thoughtful gifts! We appreciate so much those who lift and encourage.
The hours President Lee spends in running the mission is amazing. He seldom gets a day off. He never complains or acts like he is overwhelmed. This is the life of President Lee in behalf of your missionaries.
His hours are 6:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m., everyday. Sometimes we get up at 4:00 to get missionaries off or to go to far away places in the mission.
Your missionaries have access to him 24 hours a day. He never is without his phone.
He listens to hours of talks by the brethren to keep the spirit with him in great abundance and to give him ideas for trainings.
Ponders what Heavenly Father would have missionaries know to help them be successful,
Prepares hours worth of trainings for the meetings, MLC, and Zone Conference,
Speaks in 1 or 2 meetings of every Stake Conference,
Plus meets with the Stake Presidents monthly to help move the work along.
He goes to or Skypes into District Meetings each week and goes out with the missionaries teaching.
Puts together transfers scenario's every 6 weeks starting 3 weeks before in a prayerful and fasting manner to know where the missionaries should serve.
Studies the new missionaries coming to the mission for 3 weeks so that he is familiar with them knowing their talents, struggles, and their name.
He answers every single letter he gets from your missionaries. If they don't write he calls them to see how they are doing.
He meets with the new missionaries every week for the first 12 weeks of their mission.
He meets with the new missionaries every week for the first 12 weeks of their mission.
He interviews each missionary every 6 weeks, and gives them all the time they want to talk.
He has taught your sons and daughters how to be successful in life. How to be 100% responsible for themselves and to stop blaming others for their problems, to be humble and grateful, and to love everyone. They will be ready to go out into the world and be leaders if they have listened and understood. These are the lessons he taught our children.
I know there are many things I have not mentioned. He has an amazing work ethic that was taught to him by his parents.
I know there are many things I have not mentioned. He has an amazing work ethic that was taught to him by his parents.
He cares for each and everyone of your children all the same and wants them to reach their potential. This has always been his gift. He is a unifier. Yet he corrects when so moved by the spirit.
He is meek and one of the most Christ-like people I know, and I'm married to him. He truly has never raised his voice in anger to another person. He is firm but always respectful.
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the fathers of our missionaries. Thank you for raising such wonderful children. We love you so much and love your sons and daughters of God. We love serving them. Sister Lee
