Leadership Training - Go Forward

Have I ever said before that we love the missionaries in this mission? I know I say it all the time but it's true. Look at the faces of these elders! They are full of light, testimony and dedication.

We were blest with a 3 day training by Brother Watson from the Missionary Department. He is an amazing teacher and trainer. He opened our understanding to our "Purpose" and how it relates to everything we do. He increased our determination to follow "Preach My Gospel" in every way.

The chorus has some exuberant actions.  GO FORWARD!   

When we arrived in this mission I wrote a third verse to "Called to Serve" as our mission song.  The missionaries like to sing it. 

Called to be a 'chosen generation',
'Preach my gospel' is a sacred call.
JAX is white and ready now to harvest,
We go forth to gather all.

Onward, ever onward. Teach and baptize in His name.
Onward, ever onward. Every member we retain. GO...(voice and arm glissandos up to the next note)
Forward, pressing forward, as a triumph song we sing.
God our strength will be, press forward,
Ever called to serve our King.
